Files in the EBI Protein Database
The following files can be found in the ${DB_PATH}/EBI_PROTEIN_DB directory.
The files are retrieved from ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk
The files are:
swissprot trembl uniprot
The files can be found in fasta, blast and mpi-blast format in the subdirectories fasta_DB, blast_DB and mpi-blast_DB respectively under
${DB_PATH}/EBI_PROTEIN_DB
