Simulations from the NGS

Many NGS users perform simulations on NGS resources creating amazing visual displays.  Some of these simulations are linked below and if you have any simulations that you would like to contribute to this section, please contact the NGS Liaison officer.

Zhongwei Guan, University of Liverpool
Research : impact/blast behaviour of fibre metal laminates

Dr Guan also gave a presentation at the NGS roadshow in Exeter about his research entitled "Undertake numerical modelling of various engineering structures using supercomputer in NGS".  This presentation gives more background information on his research and explains his use of NGS resources. For more information about Dr Guans work visit the departmental website.
